The Bloc layer serves as a decentralized community connecting all participants. The Market layer allows for the trade of content and talent, while the Fundraising layer supports and incentivizes content creators. MovieBloc operates on the Ontology blockchain, with its utility token, MBL, classified as an OEP-4 token.

The MBL token is employed for various payment services, including premium content and translation, and it also rewards users for reporting illegal content and reviewing films. Additionally, MovieBloc has partnered with Rainydays Pictures through a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to enhance the film ecosystem, showcasing a variety of movie genres and highlighting the value of short films.
