ORDI (ORDI)
The ORDI token utilizes the Bitcoin Ordinals protocol to inscribe information onto each Satoshi, the smallest unit of Bitcoin. It holds the distinction of being the first BRC-20 token on the Bitcoin blockchain, with a total supply of 21 million coins. An anonymous user initially inscribed ORDI on March 8, 2023. Through the Ordinals protocol, users can encode diverse data types—such as text, images, audio, and video—onto individual Satoshis. This process is accomplished without the need for additional tokens, side chains, or modifications to the Bitcoin protocol. This innovative approach has facilitated the creation of non-fungible tokens (NFTs) and tokens within the Bitcoin network. Given the Bitcoin network's block size limits, the protocol primarily focuses on textual and visual data inscriptions.

Tokenomics
ORDI has a fixed supply of 21 million coins, mirroring Bitcoin's total supply. It adheres to the BRC-20 token standard, which is derived from Ethereum’s ERC-20 fungible token standard. Although ORDI does not possess intrinsic value, its worth is determined by market demand and its status as the inaugural BRC-20 token on Bitcoin. It is available for trading on various exchanges, including OKX.
